What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Sprintflow collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you visit our website, fill out a form, book a call, or become a customer.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, industry, and any free-text you provide in forms or calls.
- Mobile phone numbers: mobile information collected via our forms will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Collected via our analytics provider and standard server logs.
- Call recordings + transcripts: if you call our AI receptionist demo line, the call may be recorded and transcribed for quality and training.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To deliver, host, maintain, and improve our platform.
- To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, account notifications, invoices).
- To send marketing communications you've opted into (you can opt out anytime).
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.
Sub-processors
We use industry-standard third-party providers to deliver the platform. Major sub-processors include:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Twilio + Bandwidth — telecom and SMS infrastructure.
- Cloud hosting providers — for platform hosting and storage.
- Email delivery providers — for transactional and marketing email.
- Analytics — for site traffic measurement.

Children
Sprintflow is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
