What's the difference between Silver and Gold?

Silver ($197/month, $500 setup) is the 24/7 AI receptionist, online booking, AI web chat, Google review requests, and a full CRM with a shared inbox, for up to 3 users. Gold ($297/month, $1,700 setup) is everything in Silver plus 15+ automations built around how your business actually sells, the full visual sales pipeline, invoicing and payments, and up to 10 users. Neither plan includes a website. We build websites as a separate service.

What does the setup fee cover?

The build itself. On Silver: your AI receptionist trained on your business and your services, its own business phone number, your booking calendar, your CRM, your web chat, and your Google review requests. On Gold: all of that plus the sales pipeline, invoicing and payments, and the automations we build around how your business sells. One-time fee, paid at checkout, before the build starts.

When does my monthly subscription start?

The setup fee is paid up front and covers the build itself. Your monthly platform subscription begins when we hand over your live system, so you are not paying the monthly while we are still building it. No long-term contract; cancel anytime.

We run the AI platform end to end (AI receptionist, CRM, booking, reviews, and on Gold your automations and pipeline), plus security, updates, technical support, system reliability, and a $15 platform usage credit each month. Your own website stays wherever it already lives and Sprintflow connects to it.

Silver includes up to 3 users; Gold includes up to 10. If your team needs more seats, our Enterprise plan adds them with pricing scoped to your operation. We map the right seat count with you on the discovery call.

Yes. Annual billing saves two months on either plan: Silver is $1,970/year (vs $197/month) and Gold is $2,970/year (vs $297/month).

Do I need a website to use this?

No. The AI receptionist runs on its own business phone number, so it works whether you have a website, a Facebook page, or nothing online at all. If you do have a website, we connect to it on any platform and you keep it exactly as it is.

Can you build me a website too?

Yes, as a separate service on any plan. It is not bundled into Silver or Gold, which is what keeps the plan prices where they are. Custom design and copy, booking built into every page, mobile-responsive with an SEO foundation, hosted by us. It typically starts around $2,995 and we quote it on your call.

What is the monthly platform credit?

Every month, $15 of platform usage is included in your monthly subscription. It covers AI receptionist call minutes, conversation AI replies, email sends, and AI workflow actions. Usage above the credit is billed based on actual usage and charged automatically to the card on file, fully itemized on your monthly bill.

No. Silver setup is $500, Gold setup is $1,700, Silver is $197/month and Gold is $297/month (annual billing saves two months), and any usage above the $15 monthly credit is billed based on actual usage and charged automatically to the card on file, itemized on your monthly bill. A custom website is optional and quoted separately on a call.

We don't offer a money-back guarantee, but you can cancel anytime, no lock-in. Monthly: cancel and the next monthly charge is not processed; months already paid are not refunded. Annual: cancel and you are not renewed at the next yearly billing cycle, but the current annual term (paid upfront) is not refunded. The setup fee covers work performed and is non-refundable.
